Atlas Oyster House offers one private dining option: The Captain's Room, offers different seating arrangements and decor and is an ideal spot to host your next private event. In this venue, we offer seated as well as cocktail receptions, serving from our dinner packages.

THE CAPTAIN’S ROOM

The Captain’s Room is located in Atlas Oyster House. This venue is decorated with a modern
nautical theme and has a view of Seville Harbor, The Deck, and Pensacola Bay.

Room Food and Beverage Minimums:

Evening:
Monday – Thursday (4 p.m. – 9 p.m.): $1500 food and beverage minimum plus tax (7.5%), gratuity (20% or $200 per server, whichever is greater), administration fee (5%)

Friday – Saturday (4 p.m. – 10 p.m.): $2000 food and beverage minimum plus tax (7.5%), gratuity (20% or $200 per server, whichever is greater), administration fee (5%)

Staffing Guidelines:

Are based on guest count: (1-20) one server, (21-28) two servers

28 guests for a sit-down event

THE HARBOR VIEW DECK

The Harbor View Deck, located at Atlas Oyster House, has beautiful views of Seville Harbor and Pensacola Bay. It is a fully covered space with booth-style seating along the water – perfect for your rehearsal dinner or company cocktail party.

Daytime:
Monday – Saturday (11 a.m. – 3 p.m.): $750 food and beverage minimum plus tax (7.5%), gratuity (20%  or $150 per server, whichever is greater), administration fee (5% or $50, whichever is greater)
Evening:
Monday – Thursday (5 p.m. – 9 p.m.) $1,500 food and beverage minimum plus tax (7.5%), gratuity (20%  or $200 per server, whichever is greater), administration fee (5%or $50, whichever is greater)
Friday – Saturday (5 p.m. – 10 p.m.) $2,500 food and beverage minimum plus tax (7.5%), gratuity (20%  or $200 per server, whichever is greater), administration fee (5%or $50, whichever is greater)

THE ATLAS COMPLEX

Atlas Oyster House is located at 600 South Barracks Street in downtown Pensacola. The Seville Harbour complex, where Atlas is located, overlooks beautiful Pensacola Bay. Inside and outdoor dining are both available and can accommodate larger groups up to 225 people.

Food and Beverage Minimums:

Whole complex: $7500 plus tax (7.5%) and gratuity (22%)
Venues include: Harborview Deck, Atlas Bar Room and Captain’s Room

Atlas Bar Room & Captain’s Room Only: $5000 plus tax (7.5%) and gratuity (22%)
