Daytime:
Monday – Saturday (11 a.m. – 3 p.m.): $750 food and beverage minimum plus tax (7.5%), gratuity (20% or $150 per server, whichever is greater), administration fee (5% or $50, whichever is greater)
Evening:
Monday – Thursday (5 p.m. – 9 p.m.) $1,500 food and beverage minimum plus tax (7.5%), gratuity (20% or $200 per server, whichever is greater), administration fee (5%or $50, whichever is greater)
Friday – Saturday (5 p.m. – 10 p.m.) $2,500 food and beverage minimum plus tax (7.5%), gratuity (20% or $200 per server, whichever is greater), administration fee (5%or $50, whichever is greater)
